The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations at our Winnipeg facility. You'll oversee inventory, shipping, and logistics while supporting production and service teams and driving efficiency through continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and space management
• Optimize picking processes to support production workstations
• Process and document reports accurately (cycle counts, inventory, safety incidents, damaged goods)
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machinery and coordinate maintenance
• Support logistics and transportation to customers and company facilities
• Assist with quality inspections of incoming goods
• Apply LEAN tools and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and surrounding areas
• Order and manage warehouse supplies and inventory levels
• Provide hands-on support with material handling (lifting up to 50 lbs)

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience leading hourly employees in a warehouse environment is required.
• Associate's degree in logistics/supply chain or equivalent experience is required.
• Recent forklift experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety practices
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Vendor management experience is an asset
