General Labourer – Warehouse, Yard & Shop Support

Paramount Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer to support our warehouse, yard, and shop operations. This hands‑on role is for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently. Reliable, physically capable, and ready to contribute.

• Safely load and unload trucks.
• Move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the warehouse, yard, and shop.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, including parking and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training/certification provided if needed).
• Complete basic documentation and reports accurately.
• Support minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general yard upkeep.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in general labour, warehouse, yard, construction, or similar physical work.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Comfort with physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working outdoors.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Positive attitude with a team‑first mindset.
• Forklift experience (an asset).
• Asphalt repair or maintenance experience (an asset).
• Valid driver’s license required (Class 3 is an asset).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening if required.
