Parts Warehouseperson - Temporary

We are currently recruiting a Parts Warehouse person (Temporary) to join our team in Regina. Reporting to the Parts Warehouse Supervisor or Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of warehousing duties including shipping and receiving of Caterpillar parts and components, general warehouse maintenance, housekeeping duties, and inventory control.

Compensation: $25.25‑29.56/hour.

• Shipping & Receiving – Load and unload parts trucks by hand or using material handling equipment. Pick, pack and label customer orders. Arrange for trucking/courier pick‑ups. Produce packing slips and maintain accurate records of all shipments.
• Complete 3‑way match to purchase order and vendor invoice to verify shipment order accuracy.
• Monitor pending inbound and outbound orders to ensure timely completion of all customer orders.
• Adhere to shipping and receiving policies/procedures and regulatory compliance procedures.
• Inventory Control & Housekeeping – Participate in annual cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain warehouse and yard storage areas to align with Finning housekeeping standards and to ensure a safe work environment. Perform daily inspections of tooling and small equipment as well as replenish warehouse supplies as needed. Accurately sort and assign bin location for incoming stock. Other duties as required.

  Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis using approved safe techniques.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment and/or Caterpillar parts considered an asset.
• Basic knowledge of DBS parts inventory & transaction systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
• General warehousing and industry knowledge.

• Adhere to Finning safety, housekeeping, shipping and receiving policies, procedures and standards.
• Comply with applicable shipping laws, regulations and standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet branch commitments to company and customer satisfaction.
• Address internal and external customer concerns and issues related to shipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Location:

Regina, SK (5×2 shift, Monday‑Friday). This is a temporary position expected to end September1,2027.
