This role requires proficiency with technology and a strong focus on detail while sorting seed and managing totes. Successful candidates work well both in teams and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately sort seed and handle totes in the warehouse

• Use technology and tablets for efficient operations

• Stay focused and detail-oriented in daily tasks

• Work collaboratively with team members on sorting

• Lift items safely up to 50 lbs during work tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse settings preferred

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent focus

• Willingness to submit to background and drug screenings

• Provide previous employment recommendations when necessary

• Ability to work both individually and with a team
