Warehouse Associate Position

Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Associate at Canada Cartage in Winnipeg, MB. Focused on freight handling and material operations, this role ensures accuracy and safety in the warehouse.

In this position, you will work under the Operations Supervisor to manage inbound and outbound freight efficiently. Your responsibilities include accurate order picking, documentation, and maintaining equipment used in daily operations. Safe operation of forklifts and routine maintenance checks will be an integral part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive stock items while ensuring accuracy

• Pick orders accurately for distribution

• Complete necessary warehouse documentation

• Operate material handling equipment safely

• Engage in housekeeping and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

• Warehouse experience preferred for applicants

• Forklift or reach truck operation experience beneficial

• Valid TDG and WHMIS training preferred

• Residence in Winnipeg and eligibility to work in Canada
