Become a key part of ALS as a Warehouse Shipper/Receiver, responsible for managing the flow of materials and ensuring accurate shipments. Contribute to safety and efficiency in a laboratory setting.
As a Shipper/Receiver, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damages. This role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year specifically in shipping/receiving. Strong communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy
• Prepare, pack, and ship sample orders to clients
• Maintain organized work area and follow safety regulations
• Complete shipping paperwork and coordinate with couriers
• Handle sorting, archiving, and disposal of samples
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years warehouse experience, 1 year in shipping/receiving
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
