Position: Processing Operations Supervisor Role
Take charge as a Processing Operations Supervisor, ensuring safety and efficiency in plant operations. Lead a team of technicians to meet production goals while fostering a culture of collaboration.
This role involves reporting to the Superintendent – Fixed Asset & Processing, managing daily operations, and supporting continuous improvement. With 5-7 years of processing experience, ideally in diamond processing, you'll ensure compliance with safety regulations while mentoring your team. Your leadership will drive performance and enhance team capabilities in a safe working environment.
