At our operation, every shipment matters. As a Warehouse Associate I, you’ll play a key role in ensuring finished goods and raw materials move smoothly through our warehouse — safely, accurately, and on time. Your work directly supports production, customer delivery, and overall operational success. If you take pride in staying organized, solving problems, and supporting your team, this is a role where your impact is visible every day.

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

What you'll do Keep Inventory Flowing
  • Pick, stage, and store products accurately to support daily shipping and receiving.
  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition against purchase orders.
  • Move materials safely to designated storage areas.
Load with Precision
  • Prepare shipments based on pick slips and customer requirements.
  • Inspect trucks and containers before loading to ensure quality and safety.
  • Complete shipping documentation and verify all required paperwork.
Stay Organized and In Control
  • Track inventory movements and enter materials into systems promptly.
  • Trace missing or delayed items and communicate updates as needed.
  • Route materials to the correct teams to avoid delays.
Work Safely and Improve Every Day
  • Follow all safety practices, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
  • Support quality standards including GMP and HACCP requirements.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and team performance.
What you'll bring
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience, ideally in a food or manufacturing environment.
  • Valid forklift license with hands‑on operating experience.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
  • A team‑first mindset with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Experience with warehouse systems (e.g., Microsoft D365) is an asset
