Location: Winkler

This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing parts for shipment while maintaining efficient inventory replenishment. Ensures the parts department remains organized, well-stocked, and clean to support smooth daily operations.

Picking and packaging parts suitable for shipping

Receiving of parts

Replenish inventory

Keeping parts area organized

Physical Demands and Abilities

Regularly lift and move 10-70 pounds

Consistently perform repetitive tasks, in a fast paced, physically demanding environment

Remain on your feet for the entire shift and frequently bend, kneel, stoop, reach, climb, and twist as required

Core Competencies & Personal Attributes

Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset

Excellent literacy skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Detailed-oriented with a high motivation and initiative

Dependable with consistent punctuality and a strong attendance record

Demonstrates cooperation and teamwork
