Inventory Control Supervisor

This role supervises daily inventory operations, focusing on accuracy, material availability, and support for production. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of inventory control experience and strong leadership skills. You will analyze performance metrics, train personnel, and improve inventory processes for optimal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily inventory control and warehouse activities

• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations

• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions

• Develop inventory control policies and standard operating procedures

• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 3-5 years of inventory control experience

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience

• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
