As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee all shipping, receiving, and packaging activities within the distribution center. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality standards, and team performance. You will manage regulatory compliance and support team objectives through effective leadership and management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage daily operations to meet incoming orders
• Lead team meetings and oversee employee performance
• Enforce collective agreements and regulatory compliance
• Identify risks and propose corrective action plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field
• Minimum five years of experience in warehouse supervision
• Experience in food or pharmaceutical environments
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP
