• Fuel the production lines by staging and delivering raw materials

• Return and organize materials with precision and accuracy

• Navigate production schedules like a pro

• Keep the warehouse in top shape with proper put‑away processes

• Move finished products and line waste to the right spots

• Operate forklifts and box/roll clamps (training available!)

• Support cycle counts and bale technician duties

• Team up with production to meet operational needs

• Follow SOPs and uphold the highest safety standards

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll:

• Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent)

• Able to lift up to 85 lbs / 39 kg

• Ready for a 12‑hour continental rotation

• Strong communication skills — listening, speaking, writing

• High attention to detail

• Forklift certification (or the drive to get one!)

• A solid safety and attendance record

• A motivated, hands‑on attitude — team player AND independent worker
