The Fastener Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate 2 to support our growing operations across Canada. This role emphasizes managing inventory, processing shipments, and adhering to safety protocols. You'll collaborate with team members to optimize storage solutions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer and interbranch orders, verifying accuracy

• Unload inbound trucks and stage goods for receiving

• Process shipments, including sorting and quality checks

• Perform put-away of products using powered equipment

• Organize and clean the warehouse as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Knowledge of inventory management practices

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely

• Valid forklift certification, or willingness to obtain
