This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with leadership experience to join a fast-paced and highly regulated distribution environment. In this hands-on role, you will support daily warehouse operations while leading and mentoring a team to ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, quality compliance, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating workflow, training employees, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Leadership & Team Support
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse employees in daily operations
- Delegate tasks and prioritize workflow to meet operational requirements
- Train and mentor new hires and temporary staff
- Act as a liaison between warehouse staff and management
- Support workforce planning and daily operational objectives
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused team culture
- Perform and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment activities
- Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies as required
- Complete and review warehouse documentation, including shipping records, manifests, and inventory reports
- Load and unload freight manually and using material handling equipment
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, power jacks, scanners, and other warehouse equipment
- Support efficient warehouse flow and inventory management processes
- Maintain compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, ISO, and company quality standards
- Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and best practices
- Participate in incident prevention and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards
- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities as required
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
- Experience in GMP, GDP, GxP, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments is considered an asset
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties as required
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
