Evening Warehouse Supervisor at Dufresne

You’ll play a key role in daily warehouse management, training team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position requires oversight of team performance and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to guests every evening from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and organize daily operations in the warehouse

• Supervise, train, and assess the distribution team

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment

• Coordinate inbound/outbound distribution activities

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in distribution environments

• Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively lead and motivate teams

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime
