Our  Winnipeg  branch is a busy, team-oriented facility within Battlefield Equipment Rentals that places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. The  Shipping Receiving position is an important one for our business, ensuring that our equipment is ready and available as well as maintaining a flow of information on that equipment for both the rental staff and the sales staff.

Wage:  $24.11/hour
Responsible for the shipping & receiving operations of the branch;
Coordinate all yard staff;
Ensure all shipping documents areaccurateandsubmitted;
Receive and dispatch all equipment brought to or through your area;
Retrieve/confirm rental numbers for the counter;
Assist customers with rental equipment knowledge and usage of equipment;
Responsible for yard, shop, & warehouseorganizationand cleanliness;
Help customers load/unload incoming and outgoing shipment;
Report all safety infractions to the yard supervisor;
Maintain inventory reports;
Ensure all equipment is in proper running order before it leaves the branch;
Assist with fleet drivers and outside carriers;
Maintain a safe working environment;
Follow safety standards as set out by our Health & Safety Policies;
