As a Yard Associate, you will ensure the proper maintenance and inspection of rental equipment, preparing it for customers with care and precision. Key Responsibilities:
• Station and retrieve rental equipment as needed
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule for equipment
• Inspect equipment for damage before and after rentals
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment
• Demonstrate safety practices while working indoors and outdoors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Familiarity with construction and industrial tools
• Basic mechanical repair experience is preferred
• Ability to perform basic math operations
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds or more comfortably
