Description We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Technician I to join our Winnipeg Shipping team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active and working as part of a team. You’ll help receive, organize, pick and ship materials and customer orders while keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organized.
What You’ll Do
Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
Receive, unload, inspect and put away materials and products.
Pick, stage and load customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain organized warehouse locations and accurate inventory records.
Complete inventory transactions, cycle counts and physical inventories.
Investigate and report shipment or inventory discrepancies.
Keep warehouse, shipping and receiving areas clean and organized.
Maintain safe walkways and assist with snow and ice removal when required.
Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained.
Support other warehouse and shipping activities as needed.
What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Manufacturing, building products or parts management experience is an asset.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems; ERP experience is an asset.
Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
