Keep inventory accurate and orders moving at HERD's Winnipeg facility as a Warehouse Technician focused on organization, records, and material handling.
HERD is seeking a full-time, permanent Warehouse Technician for its facility at 2168 Springfield Road. The work includes cycle counts, inventory checks, reconciliations, order preparation, and real-time system updates. Candidates need forklift experience, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks
- Assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Update inventory movement systems in real time
- Organize warehouse space for efficient workflow
- Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
- Forklift experience is a must
- Warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
