• Serve clients with diverse tax needs in a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional role.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and through virtual tools such as video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns, including individual, trust, and partnership returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide IRS support, including tax notice services and audit representation where applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews.
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
• Experience completing individual returns.
• Comfort working with virtual tools – video, phone, chat.
• Strong communication skills in person, via phone, and in writing.
• Completion of continuing education requirements and meeting all IRS and applicable state requirements.

$17.00 - $35.00 per hour.
