Description
Position Title: High School Assistant Wrestling Coach
Primary

Winona Senior High School
Assignment Specifications: November–March
Pay Range: $3,705–$4,275
Responsibilities: The assistant coach will work with students grades 7‑12.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in all aspects of wrestling coaching (strategies, teaching skills, techniques, player development).
- Program planning and organization.
- Recruit prospective student‑athletes.
- Advise team members.
- Ensure compliance with Winona High School and Minnesota State High School League policies.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Maintain accurate records and work well under pressure.
