- Participating in department and college curriculum development.
- Delivering classroom, web-enhanced and/or online course instruction.
- Conducting classroom research and other assessment/evaluation activities.
- Mentoring and advising students.
- Participating in committee assignments and college-wide initiatives.
- Participating in department accreditation and review.
- Engaging in scholarly and other professional development activities.
- Course assignments can include day, evening, and weekend hours and off-site locations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience as a registered technologist.
- Certified as a Registered Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
- One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
- Must meet the Teaching and Learning Competency Requirement prior to the end of probation.
