Overview
The Occupational Therapist is responsible and accountable for residents’ evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementation of therapy interventions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelops and revises the plan of care based on the residents’ needs and establishes functional goals, outcomes, and discharge plans. Plans for residents’ discharge and anticipates long-term and/or short-term residents’ needs. Educates other healthcare team members, residents, families, and caregivers on information regarding the care plan for the residents.
QualificationsQualifications Required
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, in good standing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
