Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly DOE. Shifts available: 2nd or 3rd. Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and 401(k). Paid holidays:
New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays.

Our Printing Press Operators must adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines. Report all safety concerns or issues to the immediate supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by completing daily housekeeping assignments. Complete make‑ready in accordance with the Job Ticket and Product Specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.

Perform all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks, including copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion. Operate the press to produce products in accordance with customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste reduction, and press efficiency. Complete all related procedures, work instructions, and quality measurements as outlined in the BRC standard. Perform necessary equipment maintenance duties, including cleaning plates, cylinders, and ink pans, and lubricating the press as needed.

Input all required information into the Radius system for material usage and time in a prompt and accurate manner.

High school diploma or GED. One year or more of printing press operator experience and/or training is a plus (not required).

The physical demands require standing, using hands to feel and touch, reaching with arms and hands, talking, and hearing. The position requires frequent walking and occasionally climbing or balancing. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
