Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–3:00am

Responsibilities- Oversee daily production activities, including scheduling, assigning work, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Production/Inventory Control, Receiving, and Finishing to ensure smooth coordination across functions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment; uphold GMPs, sanitation standards, and company policies.
- Address equipment needs by coordinating repairs and evaluating potential process or equipment improvements.
- Track and analyze production data and performance metrics; provide timely updates and responses to information requests.
- Review and refine systems, procedures, and operating practices to support efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain strong working relationships within a union environment and support positive employee relations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including training and onboarding new employees.
- Associate degree in Business, Supervisory Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
