The Production Operator operates computer systems and equipment, performs essential function testing, and ensures production quality and safety. This role is on the 2nd shift in Winona, MN.

• Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes for corrective action.
• Recognize quality issues and adjust operations to maintain excellent quality.
• Maintain equipment for reliability and process/product consistency.
• Apply manufacturing knowledge to exceed result targets.
• Perform material handling: properly package, label, and splice products and components.
• Keep work area clean and maintain equipment during production.
• Work safely and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
• Stand or sit for 10–12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb stairs as required.
• Operate required computer systems and complete essential function testing.
• Maintain consistent attendance.
• Fit for respirator usage.
• Work overtime when needed.

• Stable work history.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
