Job OverviewThe Production Operator operates computer systems and equipment, performs essential function testing, and ensures production quality and safety. This role is on the 2nd shift in Winona, MN.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot equipment and identify root causes for corrective action.
- Recognize quality issues and adjust operations to maintain excellent quality.
- Maintain equipment for reliability and process/product consistency.
- Apply manufacturing knowledge to exceed result targets.
- Perform material handling: properly package, label, and splice products and components.
- Keep work area clean and maintain equipment during production.
- Work safely and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- Stand or sit for 10–12 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.; climb stairs as required.
- Operate required computer systems and complete essential function testing.
- Maintain consistent attendance.
- Fit for respirator usage.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Stable work history.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
- Competitive salary and benefits package – $25.18 per hour for 2nd shift (range $25.18–$27.18 for 3rd shift). Total compensation may include bonuses and incentives.
