Machine Operator, Production Associate / Production Line
RTP Company in Winona, Minnesota, is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run thermoplastic extrusion equipment for blending, packaging and transporting materials. The role requires standing for 8 hours, lifting up to 60 lbs, and following ISO procedures.
You will perform routine setup, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and document logs. The position is 2nd shift, 3-11 pm, with overtime and occasional weekend work.
