Overview
Position:
Winona Senior Services – Adith Miller Manor and Roger Metz Manor. .40 FTE (32 Hours/Pay Period). 3rd Shift, 10:00 pm – 6:00 am. Weekends/Holidays:
Every Other. Startings at $18 with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.00. This role supports direct resident care with a strong emphasis on geriatrics, focusing on health restoration and maintenance of residents. The employee will utilize the resident plan of care, including short and long-term goals, and collaborate with the team to enhance resident care, safety, and dignity.

Adith Miller Manor, 855 Mankato Ave, Winona, MN 55987, USA.
- Provide direct resident care with a geriatrics focus.
- Accurately and efficiently document resident care information.
- Demonstrate a self-start attitude with flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Contribute to unit cohesiveness and morale through a strong work ethic and teamwork.
Must be a graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program and remain current on the Minnesota State Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant. At least 16 years of age. Basic computer skills (Word). Familiarity with patient information databases (Cerner, EMR, American Data) and service requests, Lake Winona Manor updates.
Qualifications- Certified Nursing Assistant credential in Minnesota, current on the registry.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with health information systems.
