- Applicant's criminal background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility
- Credit score of 620 or higher (exceptions apply)
- Gross income must be 2.5X the monthly rent per household
- All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
- All our Properties are smoke-free
- Applicant must have a current and valid photo identification and a valid social security number
- Proof of renter's insurance upon move-in (excluding Rural Development properties)
