DISHWASHER (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Schedule:

Full‑time and part‑time shifts, days and hours may vary including nights and weekends. Details during interview.

Requirements:
Previous dishwasher experience preferred; willing to train.

Pay: $15 – $18 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape, rinse, and wash dishes by hand or place in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
• Wash pots, pans, trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth, ensuring cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to comply with safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
