School Bus Driver

Overview

Join First Student as a Part‑time School Bus Driver for Winona Area Public Schools, Winona, MN.

We transport over 5 million students daily across 60,000+ employees and a family of brands including Transco, Total Transportation, Maggies Paratransit, and GVC II.

• A split shift: before‑school pickup and after‑school drop‑off with a few free hours in between.
• Guaranteed 4‑hour shift per school day. No night or weekend work unless desired.
• Additional hours from trips and charters when available.

• No bus driver experience required. We provide CDL training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least three years.
• Part‑time schedule, love working with students, 21+.

• Starting wage $26.00–$29.00 per hour, based on experience.
• $2,000 sign‑on bonus.
