Precision Grinding Operator

Overview

Preci Manufacturing is looking to add an experienced CNC OD/ to our team. Preci is a fast paced, expanding precision machining facility seeking quality-minded, motivated, and responsible individuals. This position requires setting up and running grinding machines, including loading machine programs and mounting necessary tooling/fixtures to produce quality product. The ideal candidate has experience as a CNC grinding machinist/operator and strong mechanical aptitude.

• Set up and run CNC grinding machines (OD/) and load machine programs.
• Mount tooling and fixtures as needed to produce quality parts.
• Interpret G-code programming and perform part inspection.

• Two years of experience interpreting G-code programming, part inspection, and machine set-up preferred; previous grinding experience a plus.
• Experience as a CNC grinding machinist/operator is preferred.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Punctual, dependable, organized, and mechanically minded.

Preci MFG is located in Winooski, VT. This is an in-person role.

• Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
