As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organizational and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets.

• Starting pay: $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
• Part‑time with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 11–13.
• Availability required week before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Use Hallmark’s mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor inventory; communicate with supervisor; maintain a professional and courteous interaction with store staff.
• Holiday support:
  Additional hours during holidays; may work on actual holiday days.
• Department resets:
  Assist installations, relocations, and resets; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration:
  Support teammates as needed.

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 30 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders consistently.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.
• Reliable transportation to assigned stores.
