TSN Thuiszorg is op zoek naar een Verpleegkundige in de wijkverpleging die ouderen thuis verzorgt en ondersteunt. Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit huis op route met ondersteuning van het team en regisserend wijkverpleegkundige. De functie biedt ruimte voor professionele groei en opleiding via TSN Leert.
Het werk vraagt empathie, zelfstandigheid en het vermogen om te schakelen tussen verschillende zorgbehoeften. Een rijbewijs B is handig, fietsen is in sommige wijken mogelijk.
