Position: Frontline Resident Services Advocate – Multi-Channel Support

Cheshire West and Chester is looking for a confident team player to deliver customer service to residents and stakeholders. You will handle enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face ensuring efficient access to Council services.

This role requires working at the Council's Contact Centre and covering other locations when necessary. Candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills and the ability to work within a friendly team focused on providing great value to the local community.
