An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Apprentice within the Council's Customer Team
. This role offers hands‑on experience in customer service, support and continuous improvement.
During your apprenticeship you’ll gain experience across different parts of the Customer Team, including Customer Services, Customer Relations, Customer Experience, and Data and Continuous Improvement.
Responsibilities- Speak to customers and help resolve everyday queries.
- Support with more complex enquiries as your apprenticeship grows.
- Get involved in improving how we deliver our services.
- Learn how we use data to understand and improve customer experience.
You will work towards the achievement of the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship standard. The apprenticeship is supported by a line manager, Workplace mentor, inclusive employment manager and dedicated programme tutor. Eligibility for the apprenticeship will be checked by our training provider partner.
