Salary up to £42,459 plus benefits.

Location:

Winsford, Cheshire. The role is based on‑site, working with 40 apprentices and a hybrid schedule for the remaining time.

Employment:
Permanent, Full Time, Monday to Friday.

Support and deliver training for apprentices in heavy vehicle manufacturing and maintenance, including trailers and HGVs. You will coach learners on Bus and coach engineering technician and Heavy vehicle service and maintenance technician qualifications.

• Teach and assess apprentices in relevant technical subjects.
• Plan and deliver learning sessions on‑site and remotely.
• Provide progress review and feedback to trainees.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress.
• Support apprentices to achieve apprenticeship qualifications.

• Prior experience in education or teaching is required.
• Teaching or assessing qualification preferred but not essential.
• Hands‑on practical experience working with trailers and HGVs.
