About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Winsford, supporting young people aged 16-19 years who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who may face barriers to learning, employment, or further education. You will play a key role in helping learners build confidence, develop essential life and employability skills, and successfully engage in education and training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and group learning support to learners aged 16-19.
• Support learners who may have experienced disengagement from education and help them re-engage positively.
• Assist tutors in the delivery of classroom activities and learning programmes.
• Encourage participation, attendance, and positive behaviour within the learning environment.
• Build positive and professional relationships with learners, acting as a mentor and role model.
