eDV Cleared Engineers (Open Application)
Location: UK-wide (hybrid + high-side work)
Salary: £70,000 – £130,000+ + bonus + DV incentives + benefits

We work closely with a range of Defence and National Security organisations across the UK, including consultancies, SMEs, and product-led teams. Many of the opportunities we support aren’t advertised and are often shaped around the individual rather than a fixed brief.

You’re not applying into a single role.

Instead, we map out where you’ll actually be a strong fit across multiple teams, based on:

• The type of work you want to be doing
• Your preferred environment (SME, consultancy, product)
• Level of client exposure and high-side work
• Short and longer-term progression goals

In many cases, roles are adjusted or created to align with the right profile.

Most of the teams we work with are hiring across:

• Dev Ops / Platform Engineering
• Dev Sec Ops  / Secure Cloud
• Data Engineering / Machine Learning
• Software Engineering (various stacks)
• Technical Delivery / Architecture

Across a mix of environments, from agile SMEs to established delivery partners.

Varies by team, but commonly includes:

• AWS / Azure Kubernetes / containerised platforms
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.) CI/CD pipelines and secure delivery tooling
• Modern software and data stacks

• Active eDV clearance
• Strong background in engineering, data, or technical delivery
• Experience working in secure or high-assurance environments
• Open to discussing new opportunities (even if just exploratory)
