The SEN Team Lead will oversee and coordinate group-based sessions for children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will lead and support a team of SEN Support Staff, ensuring high quality delivery of activities that promote independence, social interaction, and fine and gross motor skill development. This role combines leadership, mentoring, and hands‑on support to ensure every child receives the best possible experience.
Schedule includes weekends and school holidays.
