Community Wound Care Nurse; Ambulatory Part-time
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Northwich is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the Ambulatory Wound Care team on a part-time basis. The post involves assessment, delivery and evaluation of wound care in a clinic setting, with a focus on patient-centered care and safe practice.
You will work 09:00–17:00, five days per week with occasional weekend/Bank Holiday cover. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as is the ability to work independently and adapt to service
