We are looking for a confident and driven Internal Sales Executive to join a growing HVAC business.

This is a phone-based sales role focused on making outbound calls to both existing customers and new prospects, developing relationships, identifying potential HVAC requirements, and generating new business opportunities.

• Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects from provided databases and lead lists.
• Reconnect with previous customers and develop relationships with prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities across HVAC servicing, maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Qualify opportunities and pass relevant leads to the wider sales and service teams.
• Follow up on previous enquiries, leads, and customer opportunities.
• Keep the CRM fully updated with customer details, call notes, outcomes, and follow-up activity.
• Schedule callbacks and follow-ups where appropriate.
• Work towards agreed call, activity, and sales targets.

• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales, outbound sales, appointment setting, or a similar phone-based role.
• Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Target-driven and motivated by earning commission.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Organised, reliable, and self-motivated.
• HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not essential, as training can be provided.

• Salary up to £38,000
