Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an established technical engineering business in Winsford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales. You'll initially focus on customer service, inbound enquiries, quotations and sales support, whilst developing your technical product knowledge.
The Role:- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
- Building strong customer relationships
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Managing pricing, stock codes and discounts
- Supporting customers with delivery and order queries
- Providing general support to the wider sales team
As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a Technical Sales position, advising customers on technical solutions and supporting the development of new business.
About you:- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident speaking with customers
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Good IT/Microsoft Office skills
- Keen to develop a career in technical sales
- Holds a full UK driving licence
Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in technical sales.
