Physical Therapist needed for a 13‑week travel position in an Outpatient clinic in Winslow, AZ

Start date:
Feb 2. Duty day shift, with option to work 8 or 10‑hour shifts (flexible). Must hold an Arizona license or a Compact license. Mostly orthopedic cases; must be able to care for any patient that may arrive. Overtime may be required, and coverage may be needed at the Dilon location.
Base pay: $69.00/hr
Estimated earnings for 50 hours: $3,524.92 (Hourly rate $46.20; OT rate $68.74; 40 hours: $1,848.00; OT: $549.92; Housing $770.00; Meals $357.00)
Benefits include 401K, medical, dental, vision, short‑term disability and life insurance.
