Winslow Indian Health Care Center in Winslow, AZ is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support the Diabetes Clinical Nurse Manager in the Hozhoogo Iina Wellness Program. You will perform front-line patient care, collect vital signs, and assist with exams in an ambulatory setting.
You will also help with SDPI Grant activities, data tracking, and accurate charting under supervision. BLS/CPR and CNA certification are required; bilingual Navajo-English skills are a plus.
