You will develop and adjust outpatient treatment plans, educate patients and staff, and maintain compliant documentation in the electronic health record.
The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent licensure with AZ license, BLS CPR, and the ability to work with diverse communities. Occasional cross-site coverage is expected.
