Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 base plus bonus and special incentives.

We are seeking an experienced and polished General Manager to lead our Winslow community through an exciting launch and operational ramp‑up. • Lead all daily operations, team performance, resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Build a warm, high‑performing culture focused on hospitality, excellence, and individualized service.
• Partner closely with home‑care providers to ensure seamless support services.
• Establish strong processes, systems, and standards from day one in a lease‑up environment.
• Serve as the face of the community – professional, polished, approachable, and deeply resident‑centered.

• 3+ years of senior living leadership, ideally Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Home Care/Home Health.
• Experience in start‑up, lease‑up, or opening a new community preferred.
• A warm communicator who builds trust while maintaining exceptional operational standards.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, care coordination, and team leadership.
