You will manage accruals, rent rolls, and CAM reconciliations while coordinating with property management on budgets and forecasts.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of CRE property accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel with Yardi/Quick Books proficiency.
