Administrative Assistant; OPS

Pay Range

Base pay: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr

• Entering and processing customer orders into order entry system
• Reconcile daily Banquet checks to insure accurate billing
• Creating and updating quotes
• Creating and tracking transfer orders
• Proofreading all documents for accuracy
• Communicate and collaborate with hotel partners, clients, and team members in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with customer meetings as needed
• Maintain positive relationships with all hotel and ITA staff

• 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer service preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Any knowledge of sound/video/lighting equipment, staging, or theater production would be helpful in this position, but not required.
