Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build the next generation of top performers!
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a customer-centric approach daily.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, pricing, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and continuous development programs for the sales team.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage departmental budgets and control expenses to ensure profitability.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or dealership sales management.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting and exceeding sales targets at a dealership.
- Strong leadership, mentor/coach and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations.
- Proficiency in sales management software and tools.
- High level of motivation, self-discipline, and integrity.
